Das Amtsgericht D\u00fcsseldorf erlie\u00df daraufhin einen Strafbefehl. Unser Mandant sah sich pl\u00f6tzlich mit schwerwiegenden rechtlichen Konsequenzen konfrontiert, obwohl er von seiner Unschuld \u00fcberzeugt war. In doing so, we discovered a crucial inconsistency:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The application for citizenship on which the indictment was based had <strong>never been signed<\/strong> by our client. The court recognised this and the penalty order was eventually quashed.
